First, I doubt that the publication you’re looking at containing nationwide REO’s is worth the paper it’s written on. It’s not going to be timely information.
A good book on the rehab process is by Kevin Meyers “Buy It, Fix It, Sell It, Profit” for about $15. A good course on foreclosures (as opposed to REO’s) is by Joe Kaiser and is available here at this site.
What are the best resourses available to learn the ins and outs of forclosures and rehabs.
I just purchased a publication that has recently forclosed properties in the u.s. Of course, I will only be looking in my area for these properties. Do you think this publication is worth pursuing? How else does one find out about forclosures? Any good web-sites with info or articles?
