Nothing beats the old way, Lea. Fliers and newspaper
classified ads can still get you leads.

Haven’t tried the online classifieds as I have been
hearing so many scams there.

Aside from social media / social networking, what else way we
can promote/market our real estate products/services?

Most of marketer now use online classified ads such as
craigslist, postlets and backpage. Have you tried it too? does
it works well?

It would be interesting to see what answers real estate agents would give to this question today, almost nine years later. Social media has changed so much over the past ten years, but it remains one of the most powerful marketing tools out there. You have to be on as many platforms as possible, today. People have to run into you whenever they buy or sell real estate. Of course, you don’t have to do everything yourself. Real estate is teamwork after all.

Long-term marketing strategies require building a personal brand so people recognize you. If you use social media to post consistently, you can own their attention. There are many tools out there to help you with content creation, especially apart from your properties to reach and maintain interest from people who aren’t interested in changing their living situation right now, but who should still see that you’re an agent on their social media.

Or company was built by the son of an agent who wanted to help his father grow his business through social media automation. You can check out his father’s success story here: http://tiny.cc/Jeff_success_story
