Hard money or private funds, work well for rehabs. Also, you could get a line of credit.

Hi, I would like suggestions on getting loans for fixer upper multi-units along with money to fix up the properties.
I own a single family and a multi-unit that I bought through
conventional lenders which was a lot of problems to get financing. I would like to do more investing, so what lending institutions give money for distressed properties.
I know there are a lot of creative ideas but I just need the best starting point. A good step by step source or anyone that can tell me how to get money to do fixer upper multi-unit deals.
