At the high cost you’re going to be into this MH after you’ve moved it, it strikes me that it’s not such a red-hot deal.
Older MHs can be bought in MHPs every day for much less money, in good livable condition and they don’t have to be moved.

I need to bid on this home for probate situation by Tuesday 3/14. I am on deal 3, and need help.
Have any pointers as for specific instructions? or let it go? Location is central Idaho.
Ad reads. '1978 Galiant 18x70, 3 bdrm., 2 bath, good cond., $9,500. Must move
Now I figure it needs new roof $2000 asphalt shingles, and exterior paint over wood $1000, plus moving $1500. Not sure a Lonnie may work here.
