Sorry if this is not the right place to post, but I am dealing with a property outside of my area.
So I finally did it and listed an ad “Wanted: Properties”, and got my first response. Since I was not really ready for a property in Placerville, CA to be my first property, I am in need of an Investor in that area that is willing to look at high end estate properties(1.1 - 1.5 Million estate according to the owners message).
I don’t have any details, as of yet, but plan on doing my homework (sellers modivation, how low will they go, etc.) on the place so I can provide the investor with all the needed information. The lady told me she doesn’t want to deal with realtors.
I just want to see if there is an investor that is willing to go after high end properties that I can “flip” this too for a small fee. I am in no position to go after this myself right now since I will be leaving the area soon.
