hi I have had trouble finding clubs here in philadelphia also but was listening to the real estate show on the radio on Sundays and heard of a new possibilities Diversified Investors in Ft Washington maybe they might help or you could look just under investor groups. good luck

Could anyone help me out here?
I live in Pennsylvania a town called Greensburg.
I have taken the suggestion from Carelton Sheets and others
to join a local inventment club (realestate) I don’t know where to begin to find one.
I have called and called many places (maybe there are none here) to no avail. Any suggestions?
How can I find seminars in my area on realestate investing.
What does anyone consider the best books apart from Carleton Sheets course. I enjoyed it but have difficulty understanding it, and thought some other suppliments would be good.
