We have a rental house that we put up for sale in Nov. 2001. One resident is month to month and the other has a lease until 6-30-2002. An offer was made on the house and accepted. Does the lease transfer to the new owner or is it void upon the sale of the property? We have done everthing to work with this resident and they are refusing to work with us. The new owners would just as soon they move since they are being so difficult. They are insisting since they hve a lease they can stay until it is up even though we will no longer own the house. We live in Nevada. Can you point us in the right direction? Thank you.
