Anyone out there know of lenders who will provide short term, 100% loans for investment real estate in Oregon? I don’t yet have a deep list of buyers or investors and so I am not confident that I can assign and close the pre-foreclosure houses I am finding in the 45 to 60 days the sellers are offering. A bridge loan would make certain I can get the property (plus it makes the selling agent happy that I actually applied for a loan…)

Any pointers would be appreciated (private or commercial).
