All his stuff is good. How long??? Too hard to answer, part depends on where you are in the learning curve with RE in general and the other depends on how much time you have to persue this. Get a course or two first and read and learn, both the course and here.

Has anyone successfully used William Bronchick’s course on flipping properties?
If so, how long did it take you? I’m new at this and I’m trying to determine the best route to begin. Lease options or flipping? Love to hear input from you guys in the know.
