Can anyone tell me what Bronchik’s courses are like. I read his book “Flipping Properties” and was satisfied, but wanted to do some due diligence before buying one of the expensive courses.

they are the most practical i have found. they do a great job of educating you on the topics at hand and offering real world examples to back them up. his contracts are also great. the course is worth the cd-rom of contracts alone!

I have his Lease Option Workshop and use it everyday, (I am a fulltimer) I just got his Alternative Course, very complete and can’t wait to do some deals using this course!
His courses are worth the money, plus his prices are much less than some others.
