I don’t know if this deal would be possible for you or not because I don’t have enough information. I don’t know what you’re going to have to spend on renovation, expected income of the property, etc, ect, ect?

I’m looking to purchase a property in Harlem, a brownstone to be exact, i make about 45k a year, and my credit is so-so, would it be impossible for me to get a home and rehab the place? the realtor’s asking for 300k for a shell. i plan on renting out the other 3 units.
