Do not offer a service where you are helping an owner sell their home
and you collect a fee. That requires a RE license from your state.

Focus on being an investor. Get deals under contract where they know
you will be looking to resell the property so that they sell their house.
Be a principal in the transaction and do not make it sound like you are
an agent.

Be very careful what you put on the card as the judge could use it
against you later.

As I have started reading this site I have kept my eyes and ears open to homes for sale or owners that can not sell ex fsbo that have not been able to sell.
I need to make some business cards to look professional.
I would like to approach clients that I can help sell there home whether it be sub to, lease option , assignment of contract but not sure what to write on my business cards.
Please help any suggestion or examples would be very helpful to get me started…
I do not have my real estate license yet but it is legal to do these things right???
