Check out SBA’s LowDoc Loan program. They loan up to $150k and guarantee an answer within 36 hours from submitting the loan app.

The borrower fills out one side and the lender they go through fills out the other side.

I did one of these myself for the full $150k. I had the money in my hands about 7 days later! You should be able to get the app. off SBA’s web site.

I am having trouble finding decent financing for individuals
buying small businesses from me of around $24,000.SBA is very involved and takes 45 days or more.
Is there someone that has simplified this problem?
