I am very new to this and don’t really understand the trend in the San Diego area of including the lot in the selling price. There seem to be parks that offer both. Just the home or the home and the lot. If I have the opportunity to buy the lot too, is that a better way to go? Are buyers in this area looking for the lot too as this trend continues? The parks seem to be going “condo” and I don’t want to be stuck with a home “only” if things are changing…thanks for any responses. :o)
