Gee, have you studied this CREONLINE.COM site? I think not, otherwise you would already know that the answer is “yes.” Read the main forum for about 10 hours, then decide if you want to learn more or stop.
If you want to know more about delinquent tax properties, put into the search engine on the main forum something like “tax lien” or “delinquent tax.” Then feast your eyes on the results.

I recently came across the buying real estate for back taxes site. (www.realestateforbacktaxes.com) has anyone had any sucess with this system. I just returned the Carleton Sheets program because it seems his methods are outdated. I live in NYC and I want to start accumulating property. Does anyone know of a legitimate book or program that can give me the info on how to acquire RE in a low cost manner (ie minimal money investment) for flipping or investment purposes?
