Maggie, The answer is “C” Corp. This will be sufficient forever, even after you are dead and gone. Your heirs can inherit your stock and sit around and talk about how smart old granny was. The “C” Corp. is not you not ever, it is a seperate entity that you will be working for…ED

C Corp. or LLC? - Posted by Maggie

I know I have read this exact question before, but now that I am in the middle of it, I have doubts. I am about to establish a C corp. for my flips, L/O, and owner financing deals. Actually, I am just starting in investing and am now waiting for responses to my ads, but I’m attempting to be thorough in the set-up process. As I understand it, it would be most beneficial to me to establish a C corp. for now, and then establish an LLC later down the line when I start to have a lot of passive income through L/O’s.
Will the C corp. be sufficient for this first year or so?
Should I just go ahead and establish both a C and LLC?
