If you watched his infomercial you would have
seen that some of his most suuccessful students
are from that area of the country.
His contracts are made with you the buyer in
mind. If there is a portion that doe’s not apply to
your situation you just leave that section blank.

Has anyone in California used the C. Sheets sales contract to successfully purchase a property? If so, would you recommend it or would you recommend the C.A.R. form instead? One more thing, if you did use the C. Sheets contract, did you have to modify it? (I’m sure depending on the type of transaction it would have to modified anyways).
