I’m considering the purchase of a nnn-leased c-store (with fuel) as an investment. The operator is a regional chain with good numbers ($130,000,000 in sales last year), but not one that would be considered a credit tenant (yet)… I want to finance the purchase as if they were, using the strength of the tenant/lease (COE - sale/leaseback), and not my personal credit. I could roll this senerio into a fairly substancial portfolio by adding other units to it, if suitable financing could be found.
Can anyone recommend such a lender?
