Ok I am ready to find my first deal. However I understand that California has same unique RE laws. I plan to do forclousers and distressed properties. Will I need a business license? Any other CA R.E. laws someone can tell me about?

CA law requires a 5 day right of recission if you buy a property from a homeowner in foreclosure. CA does not require a license to buy and sell properties as a principal.
