Just a little FYI post:

I came across a nice free financial calculator program called VersaCalc by AllerSoft (www.allersoft.com) It has a scrolling display (saves many of your last calculations) and a special “Finance Box” which is kinda nice too.

Hope you enjoy

I prefer the the TI as well. Fits my style just a little more than the HP.

How about the TI BA-35? I see it is $26.99CDN at Staples and has the necessary financial buttons.

Hello Doug,

Yes, and as a matter of fact, I used the BA-35 for four years in the early '90’s, until I became aware of the BA II Plus. In fact, I gave clients, and my own grown children that model as gifts… maybe bought about 15 or so of that model.

But for $10 more, I like the added features of the BA II Plus, including the worksheet program capabilities. Easier to use, and more functions to work with. Just a real bargain.

But, yes… I really liked the BA-35, and may never have switched had the BA
II Plus not come out.

Hope this helps and best of luck.
