Dear B:

Whoever told you that you need a California real estate agent license to buy and resale three or more parcels of real property told you wrong. There is no limit on the number of such deals you can do on your own account.

P.S. The above is not the case if you buy and sell real estate paper (i.e., promissory notes secured by deeds of trust) on your own account.

I’m told i can only buy and sell 3 homes a year without a licencse, WHAT IS BEST WAY TO sell more. Becoming a CA Corp or ? AND If I DO START A CA COPR, CAN i buy and sell more then 3? WHAT IS BEST WAY. Nevada Charges 995.00 for corp, and CA requires 800.00 a year to do business here.
