I ordered my course complete with videos, book and diskette. It cost around $225. The study aids were good though, and I passed my exam on the first try. I’ve seen courses as low as $69 for just the book. My husband ordered his off the internet. He actually answered the practice questions online and took his principles test online. Hasn’t taken his state exam yet, so I can’t tell you how good that one was. Here some links I found:

I am checking into the possibility of getting a real estate license and wondered if anyone had suggestions or input on the best method to do this in the Los Angeles, California area.
