I’m new to real estate investing. Trying to get my feet wet, but I have poor credit and not a lot of cash

My particulars:
I have a mid-500 credit score
$6,500 available cash
Property of interest is $32,000

Will hard money lender finance such a deal?

Yes but that is a small deal so you may have to work with a local lender.

Try your local investment clubs. If not in your town then as close as you can get.
