First, call the county probate court. Find out who the personal representative (probably sister) is for the property. They may be able to give you the name of the attorney handling the case. Notify these people for an offer.

A lady who live near by passed away about 7 months ago. Her house is in probate and her sister is the beneficiary. The house is still in probate. If I make her an offer on this house, can she accept it? The house is free and clear.
