While in AZ, we looked at condo project and got carried away without doing more research- signed a contract 3/1 and gave deposit of earnest money- the sales person says we can’t cancel except if we can’t obtain financing. Is there a 72 hour change your mind @ purchase rule that would help us to cancel and receive earnest money back? And are there restrictions to what actual days count for those 72 hours?
