Fannie and Freddie do deal with conventional loans. But if you’re thinking about selling loans as a small private investor, forget it. I’m not sure how small a package they would accept, but my guess is it would have to be in the tens of millions.

I understand that Fannie Mae buys FHA loans from Primary Lenders, what my question is, Is there a way That Fannie or Freddie will buy Mortgages from Private Lenders?
