  1. Unlock your “CAPS LOCK” key.

  2. Using realtors with L/O’s might be tough because if you’re approaching a seller about a property for sale and you want to L/O … how’s the realtor going to get paid? They won’t be too happy about this situation and will make things tough. It’s easier on a rental because there’s not alot of money involved.

There are ways to work this (I’m sure they’ll follow this message) … fact is I’m not 100% sure except to tell you this: Don’t use realtors. This alone will save you alot of headaches when trying to be creative.

THANKS FOR ANSEWRING!
IS IT A GOOD IDEA TO DEAL WITH REALTORS OR BROKERS OR RENTAL AGENCIES TO DO L/O DEALS?
IF SO, WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST WAY OF PRESENTING THE WHOLE THING.
WOULD’NT THEY SIMPLY JUST DO IT THEMSELVES IF YOU EXPLAIN THE SCENERIO?
THANKS AHEAD GUYS!
