It depends on which course you are talking about. He deals with 'pretty house’s ’ and ‘junkers’. I find it extremely dificult to find ‘ugly’ houses through realtors. Others are willing to pay too much. You’ve got to find them yourself, but his methods do work. Ron’s pretty house business, lease options, seller finance is very do-able and current. It depends on your effort. But why do you ask that question? Are you trying it and having trouble?
