I’ve used this websites chatroom, which has come in real handy and have been reccomended to post my question here as well.

I’m doing an essay for my economics class (Ontario high school) and I was given the topic of “why there was an outstanding result in Canada’s construction industry in 2004”.

So far, with the help of people in the chatroom, I have determined it is because of low interest rates. I need two other major reasons, which I can later go more indepth in.

One reason I threw around was the fact there was an increase of migration to Canada. But I haven’t been able to research enough hard evidence of this.

I was just wondering if any experts have any comment on this issue and are able to help me formulate my arguments.
