Save your money, and try Raymond Aaron instead.
He’s been there, done that - and understands the Canadian RE market intuitively. Try his web site at www.aaron.com for more info. BTW - He also provides the motivational support for you to get started as well, which is a bonus.
The motivational aspect of his tapes are also of value to US RE students who have the Sheets, or other course, but just can’t seem to get off the pot and get started.
Sheets is way too bland for my tastes, whereas Raymond Aaron motivates you to do SOMETHING to get started. Like what, you might ask? Make an offer, for starters.
