Hey Mark, What book/course did you get the Wade Cook method from. I have checked amazon.com and found several books by Mr. Cook.

I have used the Carleton Sheets method and bought a few rentals. While the equity growth is great the cash flow has been very limited. I am in the process of doing two deals with the Wade Cook method. On paper it looks like a great flow for me without the headaches of being a landlord.
