To All Who Read These Words !!! B-E-W-A-R-E !!!
Several years ago, I purchased the Nothing Down package. I set about to try and put my destiny into my own hands by learning to invest in real estate. A worthy goal, at least it was at that time. I completed the course, I even went so far as to enroll in the coaching program. By this time, I had invested some pretty serious money into this course.
To make a long story short, I came up the loser in this game. This course has two major flaws:
- It assumes that EVERYONE that buys the course has an
extensive background in the business world. That you can
fully understand ALL of the financial doubletalk on the
tapes. - The “coaches” are pushy and try to get you to go out into
the business world, and start wheeling and dealing like a
pro, the very day you sign up! Well, I for one, am a bit
cautious about getting involved in things I know very
little, or nothing about. And God forbid if you should
say to your coach, I don’t get it ! This stuff is over
my head ! I said that to my coach. That was several years
ago. I STILL haven’t heard a word from him.
Well, I think you get the picture by now. Oh, by the way, if any of you have been able to make heads or tails of this course, the contracts, the financial doubletalk etc, and are in the San Fernando Valley area, I’d be interested in talking to you.
