Closing on next investment property in several weeks. Since this deal is a cash exchange and there are no lenders involved, is title insurance necessary if the house will re-sell in only a few months??? Title Insurance in Jersey ranges anywhere from $500-$1500 (depending on value)!!

Clear Title has already been issued… Thank you in advance for any feedback.
