Just finished playing Cash Flow for Kids with my 13 and 7 year old.
We had a great time talking about cash flow and expenses. My son (13) got real happy when he received the real estate card and almost won the game. He also showed me that he had been (forced?) listening to all of my tapes while driving with me.
Anyway I finally won a game from them, they always win (maybe they should play David A.), and sure enough I had a ball.
On top of that I sold a house tonight that will put quite a bit of cash in my pocket tomorrow, a little a month and a lot on the back end.
I enjoyed this evening!
