A company which calls itself Cash Flow Institute advertises a book called “Short Sales - a Guide for Foreclosure Investors”. The book contains 30 pages and costs $37.00. Has anyone read it? Has anyone had good experience with it? I’m curious as to whether you can read it, study it, and go out and persuade a lender to seriously discount a mortgage on a house you are interested in buying. Any guidance will be most appreciated.
