There is no need to “buy” their stuff or anyones materials at all. There are PLENTY of Note brokers, and funders that will work with you, pay you a fee, etc. without any of those requirements…

I was thinking about buying Chase Financial program which is $195.00. Chase reviews the note, then they give me a quote in which I mark it up $1,000-2,000 is this pretty good? Does anyone know of any other course or investor that provides the money and I find the seller?
