Thanks for bringing it up, here are my reasons:

#1 - Too much advice by newbies on how you can’t do things
#2 - Discuss too many things other than Real Estate
#3 - Individual chat between 2 people rather than helping each other
#4 - No Discussion. 5+ people online but no inputs

That is main reason I stopped going.
