Hello,
I have the Carleton Sheets course and I have heard that the no money down deals do not work in some parts of the country. I was wondering if anyone in my area, Cincinnati-Bethel, Ohio has had any results using his techniques? I really want to be a successful real estate investor and I want to make sure that I have the right tools to do it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
