I am about to put an ad on the paper. My question is: Which section is the best to place the ads under?
Which section of the classified get the most response. The reason I ask is that a motivated seller, on the verge of loosing his/her house, is not likely to be looking for new houses. I want the ad to appear where a motivated seller is likely to look. Does that make sense?

Open the paper and see where all the other “WE BUY HOUSES” ads are at in your paper. Call the paper and have your ad put in that section. If all the other investors weren’t getting calls, I doubt that they would keep their ad in the paper, would you?
