One of my clients has a judgment on his credit, it will come off in a year on its own. But heres my question, he has paid the balance that was due on it, and never went to court for it. When he recieved his court summons, he contacted the attorny and worked out a settelment. Now I have heard if you didnt go to court and settled out side of court, you can have that judgment removed from your credit with some letters to the agencies.
Anyone now anything about this?
