Hi I was wondering if I bought some Mechanics liens from some companys sense they are actually judgements, if the owner refused to pay could I take them to small claims court & make them pay? Like have the judge garnish wages & freeze bank accounts & various other assets? Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanx for your time.
