Hi,
My name is Paula and I am a fairly new investor (3 deals in SFR). I recently did a marketing campaign and I am
getting a lot of calls from people with vacant land which
is zoned commercial. All of these people have owned these
properties for years (20-40). All of the calls say that
stores such as WalMart, Home Depot, Lowes, Kroger, just to
name a few, are going up all around their property, one
said next door. I have no idea what to do with these,
but I feel sure there can be great deals made.
What should I do first? I am totally GREEN, and to be
honest, don’t even know where to begin.
