The CC&R is shorthand for “Declaration of Convenants, Conditions and Restrictions” by the condo association. In other words, the rules that govern the condo board and association.

You need to read these to see if there are any restrictions on renting out units!

Can a large condo group be placed in a Land Trust, as a SFR? I am buying “Subject To”, and What is CC&R/Declarations?
