Hi,
I have heard so many good and bad things about real estate conferences. Most are over-priced and similar to info-mercials.
Can anyone suggest an education one where I can learn some things?
I am registered for the one in NYC on October 4. I am looking for others.

I thought that the Ron Legrand Million Dollar Maker was good for a beginner, particularly when combined with this 3 courses.
If you get the 3 courses and go to the seminar and can’t figure out how to do business, then there’s no hope.

This site has a convention every year usually in March. It typically has about 8 speakers over 3 days with a minimum of “sales pitches” for courses. The best parts are the round table discussions where you can ask the experts your personal questions face to face, and the bar, which features investors from all over the country talking about their businesses and deals they have made. I have been an investor for 10 years and look forward to it every year.
