I have three properties that I was rehabbing. Unfortunately the appraiser did not do a good job and undervalued my properties.

As a result I did not get all the money I needed for the rehab. Now a new appraisal has been performed that values the properties much higher than the original appraisal but no one is willing to refinance me.

Is there anyone out there that can help.
