Hello everyone!
A friend recommended a contractor for a duplex rehab Im looking into and I was curious, what kinds of qualifications or credentials should one look for in a contractor? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

License, Insured, References, These are give aways. Check to see if he has rehab himself as investor. As a General Contractor I can appreciate the type of work that is needed to be done. When I bid jobs I always get three bids and I pick the means of average and use that as a Negoatiating tool to get my price. By the way what part of Alamba are you from? I have property in Dothan, Sampson, Enterprise
