Question, but first, this is an excellent resource. I am looking to invest is triple deckers (3 family house) and then, turn them into 3 unit condos (not sure if they would be called that of condex??). Am I still required to give the renters 1 year notice, etc? What are the guidelines or requirements that this triple decker must have in order to be converted - ie. seperate untilites, fire sprinkler system and so on?
