Need some advice on buying real-estate under my corporation. I’ve heard that if your personal credit is below the 600’s you should consider buying under your companies EIN. Is this possible?

I recently started a real estate and investment co within the last four (4) months, and because I haven’t been in business at least 2 years I’m having problems getting properties financed. My question is: How do you use you EIN to get financing of real estate properties? I’m coming acroos alot of properties in Detroit, Michigan that after purchase, minor rehab, and resell could pocket 50k - 60k profit. Any help greatly appreciated.
