I recommend Turbo Tax for filling in the forms. Once you figure out your expenses and income, the returns are a snap!

A couple of questions for everyone:

  1. What type of Corp. (or LLC?) are you using as your business entity and why? What are the pros/cons of the different entities for RE investing?

  2. Do you do your own taxes (egad! - have you read those forms???), and if not, what type of professional tax preparer do you use? (Any referrals for someone in the Balto/DC area who has expertise in preparing taxes for a RE investor?)

Thanks so much for all the knowledge here,
Newbie
