any area, especially a metropolitan area such as atlanta will work…you just gotta get out there and put your book learning to practice.
do i know anything of steve cooks course…NO
but i do know steve personally, i guess i can say that i’m lucky because i bouught my first investment property from steve a little over a year ago and am lucky because he has helped me out in more ways than words can express. i have since purchased more homes from him.
he is very knowledgeable in what he does and i would recommend his course to anyone who is willing to make the effort in re.
